Exhibition & events
At the end of the IEC’s research activity, a touring exhibition tent is going to travel throughout Switzerland from mid Mach to the beginning of June 2019. The exhibition will be held in twelve public venues and is free.
At the same time, various events that focus in detail on single aspects of administrative detention will take place in different locations.
Touring exhibition
The exhibition «Shut out and locked away» is mounted in a walk-in tent set up in public venues. It aims at disclosing the findings of the research activity of the IEC, stirring up the large public’s interest for administrative detention and promoting discussions on the topic. At the end, the IEC will hand over the exhibition pavilion to the PHBern: when schools use the teaching material on administrative detention, they can use the pavilion again

Programme of events
At the same time as the exhibition, events such as panel discussions, film projections and readings will take place in all locations and in the surrounding area.
